Are all items in stock?

All items are in stock. However, stock quantities may vary from one item to another. If an item is sold out, it would be indicated as SOLD OUT.

If there is an issue with stock availability once you have already made a purchase, we will contact you by telephone or email.

How long will my item stay in my cart if I do not proceed to make payment immediately?

Major Drop operates on a first come first serve basis. We cannot guarantee the availability of the items placed in your cart.

However, when you proceed to checkout, all items in your cart are put on hold for 5 minutes to enable you to complete the checkout process.

Do I need to be a registered member to make a purchase?

Yes, you will need to register an account with us. Loyalty points will be awarded to your purchase(s).

Furthermore, special discounts and promotions may be given to registered users only.

The item I want is no longer in stock, will it be restocked?

Sold out items are rarely restocked due to season and collection cycle changes.

Is there a physical store which I can visit and try on the items?

Sizing diagrams are available on the product page, but you may also visit our store at Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall in Subang Jaya.

Can I reserve an item I like and make my purchase later?

Due to low stock availability, we do not offer reservations.

Items selected will only be held in your cart for a maximum of 5 minutes for the payment process.

To avoid disappointment, we would suggest making payment immediately.

Why doesn't my discount code work?

All discount codes will not work for the following brands unless stated otherwise:

What if my discount code has expired?

Discount codes that have not been used within the allocated period will not be extended, so please ensure it is used by the expiry date.

How does your loyalty program work?

At MAJOR DROP, we appreciate you coming back here looking for brands that we love. We want to make it easy for you to grab em so here's one way. We have a loyalty program here on Major Drop!

You can now collect points for your purchases in-store and online. Every RM1.00 spent will give you 1 point.

Complete your profile and get a RM20 coupon code to be used online within one month of receipt (only applicable with a minimum purchase of RM100).

Transferring of points from one account to another is NOT allowed.

How do I collect points in-store?

Just let our friendly staff know your email and the points will be accumulated in the same account.

If you have two accounts with Major Drop, only one account can be used, and there is no transferring of points from one account to another.

What are my payment options?

Paypal allows you to make payments via your credit/debit card or Paypal account.

iPay88 allows for online Internet banking options such as CIMB Clicks & Maybank2U. This option is only applicable for customers that have iPay88 presence in their country.

I don't have a Paypal registered account. Do I have to sign up for one?

It is not necessary to sign up for a Paypal account if you don't have one.

Upon checking out, you will be brought to Paypal's payment portal.

You have the option to sign in with your registered Paypal account OR you may use the service as a guest by just keying in your payment details.

Does Ipay88 keep my personal information?

No. Ipay88 acts as a payment portal linking you to various online banking options.

Depending on the bank you wish to use, you are required to login with your online banking details to perform a transaction.

Please make sure you have already activated your online banking service with your respective bank.

For security reasons, most local banks would require a TAC or transaction CODE in order to proceed with a transaction.

If there is an issue performing payment via online banking, we would suggest that you contact your bank.


How do I know if a particular size will fit me?

Apparel sizes vary with each brand.

You may refer to our size guide, present in each product page to assist you in selecting the appropriate size.

Please note that sizes are not 100% accurate according to the guide as they highly depend on each item's cutting and style.

How are your items measured?

There are the points of measurements:

  • Shoulder - Left shoulder seam to right shoulder seam (note: oversized tees will have a much wider shoulder measurement).
  • Chest - Left armpit seam to right armpit seam.
  • Length (tops) - Lowest part of the shoulder seam to bottom hem.
  • Sleeve - End of shoulder seam to sleeve hem.
  • Waist - Circumference of waist.
  • Inseam - Crotch to bottom hem.
  • Length (bottoms) - Waist to bottom hem.


How can I check on my order status?

You may check your order status under 'Orders' in your Major Drop account.

Can I cancel my order once I have made payment?

Unfortunately, all orders placed and paid for are final, and we will not be able to cancel orders.

Shipping & Delivery

Do I have to pay for shipping charges?

For Domestic shipment, we use Poslaju as our domestic courier partner.

Domestic shipping is charged at RM6.00 for orders below RM50.00 and is free for orders above RM50.00.

In-store pick up is only available for domestic orders. Pick up points are at Major Drop Sunway Pyramid or Pestle & Mortar Clothing Bangsar, and will be ready for collection within 3 working days.

Singapore shipping is charged at RM40.00 (approx. SGD15) for orders below RM300.00 and is free for orders above RM300.00.

International shipping is charged at RM80.00 (approx. USD20) for orders below RM300.00 and is free for orders above RM300.00.

Express International Shipping is charged at a flat rate of RM120.00 (approx. USD30) and is only applicable for orders from the United States.

How do I collect my in-store pickup order?

To collect item:

  • Bring your email receipt or upload receipt to your mobile.
  • Head to our Major Drop store in Sunway Pyramid or Pestle & Mortar Clothing in Bangsar.
  • Show our staff your email receipt to collect your order. You will be asked to initial a receipt as proof of collection
When do I pay for the shipping charges?

Shipping charges are calculated before checkout when you fill in your shipping details and is payable upon checkout.

How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?

For deliveries within Malaysia, the estimated shipping time would take approximately 3-4 business days. An additional business day is usually required for deliveries to East Malaysia or rural addresses.

For international deliveries, the estimated shipping time would take approximately 8-10 business days, and may go up to 20 business days. However, time given is approximate and we are unable to guarantee the time taken for your orders to reach your doorstep. When international orders shipped reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays.

*Duties: Please note that all international packages may be subjected to customs duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are regulated by local customs authorities. Please check with your local customs for more information.

Do you ship on Weekends?

We are only able to ship your items to you on weekdays during office hours 10am-6pm on Monday to Friday.

Can I indicate a P.O box as my delivery address?

For orders within Malaysia, only residential or commercial addresses are accepted. We do not accept P.O. boxes as a delivery address.

For International orders, residential and commercial addresses are suggested, as we are not able to advise on each country’s shipping regulations.

What if I'm not around and have missed the delivery?

If you happen to be away during the delivery, our courier partner will leave a note in your mailbox.

You would be required to collect your parcel/package at the courier outlet stated in the note.

Please provide your contact number and shipping address accurately during your purchase transaction to avoid delivery to a wrong address.

In any case that your parcel was returned to due to incorrect address or not picked up at the courier outlet during the specified period, you will need to bear the cost of shipping for the parcel/package to be resent.

Can I change my shipping address once my order has been confirmed?

Once your order has been placed and confirmed, you will not be able to alter the shipping address.

Please fill in your shipping address accurately to avoid any inconvenience.

Can I indicate an office address as my delivery address?

Yes, we ship to both residential and commercial addresses.

We do not advise that our courier partners be instructed to leave your purchases at any reception/management office/security office. We will not be held responsible for any losses.

Return Policy

Can I return purchased items for any reason?

You may return your purchased items based on the terms & conditions of the return policy.

You will also be provided with a printed copy of the return policy and guidelines when you receive your order.

Please note that this Return Policy is only applicable for the Online Store, as our store operates on a slightly different Return Policy.

For the full Online Return Policy:

  1. Sale items, undergarments, accessories, socks, and beauty products are not eligible for return. If you are unsure about your item(s) eligibility, please contact us at +603 7958 3315 or email us at
  2. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days upon receipt.
  3. Item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.
  4. All returned items(s) are subject to quality control. Major Drop reserves the right to refuse a return if the item(s) have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse, or damage.
  5. Major Drop will not be held responsible for any damages or loss occurred during the return shipment process.
  6. Unless it was a defective or wrong item(s) sent to you, all returns are shipped at your own cost. We recommend that you use a postal service with tracking option to track your return parcel.
  7. Item(s) can only be returned in exchange for store credit. Major Drop is not able to perform a direct exchange, as we are unable to guarantee the availability of the item you wish to exchange for.
  8. Major Drop does not provide a refund for all orders, and all returns will be issued a store credit, which can be used for the next purchase.
Will you reimburse my shipping cost for returning the item?

No, all items returned are shipped at your own cost, unless a defective or wrong item(s) is/was sent.

Will I be refunded once I have returned an item?

Once we have received the returned item/s, we will put it through Quality Control.

When it has passed, we will refund the paid amount in the form of store credit.

We will contact you by telephone or email if there is an issue with the returned item(s).

Can I request for an exchange of colour or size?

No. Item(s) can only be returned in exchange for store credit.

We are not able to do a direct exchange, as we are not able to guarantee the availability of the item, colour, or size that you wish to exchange for.

Once the store credit is issued, you may use it to purchase the correct variant.
