Shipping and Delivery


MAJOR DROP aims to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase. However, we are unable to ensure that all orders will be sent within the stipulated time frame.

We aim for excellence in speedy delivery, so if you have purchased more than 1 item, you may receive your purchases at different times. 

If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. We have multiple delivery options that you can use

1. Standard Nationwide Shipping (Malaysia only)
FREE for all orders above RM50, or RM6 for orders below RM50. 
All nationwide shipping is handled by PosLaju

For deliveries in West Malaysia, the estimated shipping time would take approximately 3-4 business days. For deliveries in East Malaysia, the estimated shipping time would take approximately 5-8 business days.

2. In-store pickup
FREE for all orders. Purchase your goods and have them shipped to one of our pick-up points at your convenience: 
Pestle & Mortar Clothing Bangsar 
Major Drop Sunway Pyramid

Orders will be ready for collection within 3 working days.

To collect item: 
  1. Print out your email receipt or upload receipt to your mobile.
  2. Head to our Major Drop store in Sunway Pyramid or Pestle & Mortar Clothing store in Bangsar.
  3. Show our staff your email receipt to collect your order. You will be asked to initial a receipt as proof of collection.
3. International Shipping (Over 230 countries Worldwide)
FREE for orders above RM300, or RM80 (approx. US$20) for orders below RM300. Most international orders are handled by PosLaju
Estimated shipping time would take 8-10 business days, but take up to 20 business days. Each destination country may be subject to their own customs clearance procedures and may cause delays.

*Duties: Please note that all international packages may be subjected to customs duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are regulated by local customs authorities. Please check with your local customs for more information.

4. Express International Shipping (Only applicable for orders from the United States)
Flat rate of RM120 (approx. US$30) and is only applicable for orders from the United States. Most international orders are handled by PosLaju

5. Shipping to Singapore
FREE for all orders above RM300, or, RM40 (approx. SG$15) for orders below RM300.
Estimated shipping time would take 2-5 business days. Shipping to Singapore is handled by SF Express.

How can I track my shipments?

Tracking number(s) for your order(s) will be sent to your email. 

For domestic and rest of the world orders, you may check on the status of your shipment here.

For Singapore and US orders, you may check on the status of your shipment here.

Do you ship on Weekends?

Unfortunately, we are only able to ship your items to you on weekdays during office hours 10am-6pm on Monday to Friday.

Can I indicate a P.O box as my delivery address?

For orders within Malaysia, only residential or commercial addresses are accepted. We do not accept P.O. boxes as a delivery address.

For International orders, residential and commercial addresses are suggested, as we are not able to advise on each country’s shipping regulations.

Can I change my shipping address once my order has been confirmed?

Once your order has been placed and confirmed, you will not be able to alter the shipping address.
Please fill in your shipping address accurately to avoid any inconvenience.

Can I indicate an office address as my delivery address?

Yes, we ship to both residential and commercial addresses.

For commercial/office addresses, please note that our courier partners are required to comply with the building’s rules and regulations.

If our courier partner is restricted from access to your office, they will contact you via your contact number provided.

We do not advise that our courier partners be instructed to leave your purchases at any reception/management office/security office. We will not be held responsible for any losses.
